Common Areas:
- Office & Laundry room – thoroughly wiped and disinfected daily
Rental Homes:
- Entire Interior of homes are wiped and disinfected.
- All homes are cleaned with an Ozone Air Purifier. This machine completely cleans the air of viruses, bacteria, mold spores, and organic matter.
- Carpets are professionally cleaned.
- Exterior of homes are power washed.
